Total covered is approx 500,000 sft. It is a state-of-the-art residential and commercial buildings which having panoramic view at 14th floor. Zone 1 & Zone 3 having 3basements(Parking)+LG+GF+ 14 floor + Roof floor while Zone 2 having 3basements (parking)+LG+GF+2F+Servicefloor, Zone 3 basement+LG for Parking and utility rooms (i,e, electrical room, pumping station, breach inlets etc.) A mechanical bridge will also construct will not only connect the two buildings but also show a panoramic view.

Duties and responsibilities-
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
Assists Project Manager in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Coordinate with Project Planning Team for preparation and
submission of Construction Schedule to Consultant.
Overseeing and Supervise Site Engineering team and prepare work ahead plan and monitor site progress as well employee performance.
Clear bottlenecks and obstacles occur during construction activity.
Prepare detail plan for construction and make sure for proper implementations.
Prepare material, tools and equipment requirements for smooth execution of project.
Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal and External) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the consultant for review and approval.
Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
Prepare Monthly Statement and Submit to Consultant for Interim Payment Certification.
Coordinate with Consultant on Technical submittals and approvals.
Submit and Coordinate with Consultant for approval of submitted material, tools and fixtures samples.
Checking of Material (i.e. sand, cement, permanent, tiles, paint etc.) supplied by suppliers.

Project Description Project was situated in the vicinity of Mirpur Azad Kashmir called as AJK. At the time start of construction of Mangla Dam Raising Project it was decided to shift the affectees nearby Mirpur City. In the scenario the govt of Pakistan announced to develop the New City for relocate the affected villagers to the area. For the purposes there were need to develop the public buildings i.e. Post offices, Schools, Colleges, Shopping Markets, Mosques, Community Halls, Hospital, Police Stations and other Public Buildings. MDR – 24 was a project amongst these projects. The project was consists of Construction of Public Buildings for New City Mirpur for Phase A to D . Construction of Technical & Vocational College, Mosques and Residence of Mosque Staff, Primary & High School for Boys and Girls and Construction of Police Station.
The DEC is China based firm which is amongst the one who win the tender to build the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project. It is 1250 MW Power Generation Project with installation of 5 Power Generation Units at its start and would be extendable upto 8 Units. Each Unit would supply 250 MW. The govt of Pakistan awarded the C-03 Construction of Power Complex and Ancillary works to DEC. The Project was consists of:-
